You are about to contribute to our pioneering research project into the use of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
OKRs are rapidly becoming the de facto standard for businesses seeking to become more agile, innovative and growth-focussed. However, by being “open source” there is much variance in their interpretation and application.
Building on our 2019, and 2020 Reports, we aim to capture data from an even larger response group. We are keen to hear from early adopters to better understand what they have done to make OKRs work for them.
Our goal is for this research to help both those already using them and those yet to take the leap, to gain even more benefit from OKRs.
