This is probably the most popular reason why businesses choose to give OKRs a go. They’re growing fast and they are starting to see signs of “drift” where teams who once got it, just aren’t anymore.
It can help reinforce a sense of purpose and also introduce some discipline about what is in/out of scope for the period (if it does/doesn’t support top-level objectives).
