We asked Rich~ ‘What was it that lead you to seek our services? What was your challenge’?
“I approached TBG because we were trying to pre-emptively plan for growth. We had some ideas in place for a strategic 5-year plan but needed to refine things and ensure correct processes were in place. The main initial trigger was for the recruitment drive – we wanted to create processes that laid down the foundation and the right culture, so when we were ready to recruit we could attract the right people in the right way.”

“We worked on setting our core values, and Roger helped with our OKR’s. Both were crucial to our recruitment plans, and also client acquisition. I would say that these have now become a core pillar in most of our business processes”
We asked Rich~ ‘What outcomes were achieved? What was the impact on growth’?
“We established a core set of values that we continue to adhere to, along with our OKR knowledge and routines. These have both helped us to become highly focussed in the work we do and improve the quality of the decisions we make. This really helped us with our recent acquisition of another agency which means we are now 4 x the size we were just two years ago.”
We asked Rich~ ‘What would you say to someone like yourself, facing the same challenge you had’?
“It’s invaluable to put in place the foundation of how you want to grow and understand every aspect before you go through that process. It makes everything more streamlined, easier and focused. TBG has helped us not only with growth but by being our sounding board and sanity check; allowing us to structure what we’re doing, and also to qualify it.”
